Were back from SF and it was a great time. Some good footy and good times. A fatty mini vid is in the works. Here's a couple warm up clips that won't be in it.

I got to skate a lot this weekend and people got some sick stuff. I have a full Truman Hooker part, John Demar part, and Damien Loud part in the works when the site gets redesigned. Also, were heading up north to SF for a little road trip so expect a mini vid to follow. A couple weekends ago, Steven, Spencer, Joey and John came down and Steven and Spencer got close to some tricks, but no dice. For some reason I think this video of Garrett Hill is super funny.

I know I'm blowing it on these posts and I'm not sure if people still read them, but when the site redesign comes around, i'll be throwing down content like nothing so stay tuned. In the meantime, check what TP's been up to with this mini throwaway part. I'm feeling it TP. I just saw the new transworld vid, and I'll give you my own little review of it: Bottomline, transworld videos these days don't have the same impact as the old ones. It's that simple. That doesn't mean they're not full of great skating and filming and fun to watch, but your just not gonna see an epic part like Heath's from Sight Unseen or Carrol's from Modus Operandi. WIth that being said, I did like this video and the line up. Kellen James put out another solid part, which puts him at like 6 full bangin parts in the last 2 years or something. Joey Brezinski had a sick part too with an overplayed MGMT song and the Duffel man was enjoyable too. He mixed it up with some new stuff instead of all gnarly rails. Bobby Worrest and Matt Beach had my favorite parts. Worrest kept it local with a good amount of DC footy and Matt Beach's part was able to hang with the best of them after his long time out of the spotlight. His last trick was tight. The friends section was real good and ended with two of my favorite up and coming SD ams, Wes Kremer and Tyler Surrey. If Transworld knew what was good for them, they'd give them parts for the next one. All in all, I liked the vid, but I don't think any of the parts will be up there as an all time best for any of them, which is also due to the fact that they have less than a year to film a full part. Pretty weak review right there, but whatevs.

I've been on a skate hiatus for a couple of weeks but I did get to see the new Nike and Zoo York video. I'll have to say, Debacle gave me a little more hope for the whole HD craze. Usually HD has all been trying to look super artsy with the dolly's and whatnot, but Jason Hernandez films with the same style as he would with a vx1000 and it looks good. I was a fun. I still enjoy a good ol VX1000 video, but itlooks like everyones starting to get on the bandwagon so I guess I gotta get used to it. Here's some more throwaway clips from a month or 2 ago.

I finally put up the post clips montage that I was talking about. It's all footy that wasn't going to be saved for anything or even in montages and I had so much piling up, I just made a vid out of it. Kinda random. I think the skate gods put a crack right in Damian's landing on this manny gap manny cause they saw he wasn't wearing a shirt, but that's just my opinion. Fear not, cause he eventually landed it and you will be seeing it soon. A full John Demar and Damian throwaway part are in the works so be ready for those.

I am graduating in 3 days and have no idea what I'm going to do. Hopefully I can skate a lot this summer due to not being able to find a job. So if your down to skate, I'm probably available starting soon. I had so many little clips piling up that were just either warmups or whatever that I was just going to put in posts, I made it into a full montage. I'll post it next week. Here's extra extra leftover stuff just messing around with damien, Tom K, and jack black.

If you thought jereme rogers couldn't ruin his career even further, you are dead wrong. I hurt on so many levels forcing myself to watch this travesty. What I can't understand is how he can watch that himself and think it's cool or even the least bit good. Sad really. Anyways, if you haven't seen nick dompierre's welcome vid to dc, it's insane. Not only does he kickflip crook oceanside hubba in it, he just got a cover on transworld doing bs noseblunt down it. He's a beast. Here's some mess around footy/cat footy/warm ups from the last couple of weeks. It's really random.

Damien just recently got added to the warco team and has a page up on their site. Check it out here and watch some throwaway clips he filmed with me warming up a couple weeks ago. If you've ever wondered if it's possible to blend a Wii controller or an iphone, wonder no more. I bet that think makes one bomb smoothie.

I don't know why I think this kid super funny, but I do. I think it's because he actually is really good at rapping and he seems so confident about his dorkiness. This is another good one from him. I think I like that one more. Billy and Jordy came down to SD recently and it was good to see some friends I haven't seen for a while. Here's Billy warming up on what he skates best. Check the boost out of those tricks. I'm about to graduate with no idea what to do into a terrible economy so I probably won't have a job for a while and I'm down. Just skate and hit the beach all day. So if anyone wants to come down to skate with the Rich man, I'm down.

Sorry for the lack of posts. I got lots of footy to post up, but I'm just trying to figure out the best way to do it. Check how gnarly these baby ducklings are. Straight taking the plunge. Here's a clip of Truman skating a new spot. It's actually harder to skate than it looks.

This weekend was super productive and I have lots of footy saved up for future montages so hopefully, with a bunch of people contributing, this site might get frequently updated. Alex showed us this iphone app where you can find spots, parks and shops with your phone. Pretty sick and there's over 30,000 entries. Too bad I don't got an Iphone. Here's a couple warm up clips from this weekend. Expect a montage soon.

For anyone that follows, theberrics.com, does anyone think that it has totally gone to crap? I mean when was the last time they had a battle commander or united nations? All they have are games of skate and berra trying to get in front of the camera some how even if it has to be reading skate rules 30 times over. Why don't you spend your time trying to film street tricks for your Mind Field part in which you had four years to film so you could have more than ten clips? Sorry, but they've been blowing it in my book. They need to have Chase, their filmer, actually film for a legit company instead of making him film desert excursions out to area 51. Sorry, I just have been let down recently by that site. When Steven and some buddies came down, here's a mess around line he got. It was a fun day

Billy and Jordy are going to be in the new vid TAHA and from the looks of the final trailer, it's gonna be a good one. I purchased the Alien vid and it lives up to the hype. Jake Johnson and AVE. Two of my favorite parts ever. I was pretty bummed Dyrdek and Berra pulled off such short parts. Even if your busy with your MTV shows and The Berrics and injuries, I'd hope you could have more than 10 clips in 4 years of filming. Also, I wish some parts would have used a little more footage from the throwaway section and a little less artsy stuff, but no vid will be perfect for everyone. For the mostpart, the artsyness was sick. bottomline, buy the vid. The 60 page book it comes with is rad too. Here's a clip of a new spot by my house. Pretty random but kinda cool.

This is probably one of my favorite parts I have seen in the last year. His style is super sick and had a deep bag of tricks. Also, I have always liked Josh Swyers and his most recent part in the local vid Tomboman is his best yet. I have a lot of footy storing up and I'm really into the idea Nick and I were throwing around about redesigning the site adding some new stuff. In the meantime, here's a warm up clip at a new spot I went to.

Dude, Alien video drops in like three weeks. I'd give a testicle to go to that premiere. Anywho, Damien came down with some friends this weekend, and that guy never ceases to amaze me. Expect some sick stuff from him on the site soon. Whenever Im at a spot and a sick tricks going down, I like to bootleg whenever possible such as this bs 3. This step ups pretty sketch too. Also, check this crazy kid out. Talk about some next level tricks.

Sorry for the incredibly long lack of updates. I haven't been able to put stuff on for a while. When I came back to Irvine for the holidays, here's some warm up clips I filmed which is pretty much the same tricks over and over. I found this video of these asian masters skating flat bars, and it's pretty awesome. Check it. Why aren't there that many excellent flat bar spots here? Also, why hasn't Ted Degros blown up more? Disregard the Coldplay and this part is so sick. Such proper flick.

I don't have any footy to post right now cause it's been raining too hard for southern California right now, but there are some good things going on in this world. Take for example this news article that Barker pointed out to the Sucks about excessive brawls breaking out in Chuck E. Cheeses. My favorite line has to be,"Seven officers arrived and found as many as 40 people knocking over chairs and yelling in front of the restauraunt's music stage, where a robotic singing chicken and the chain's namesake mouse performs." Good stuff. Another great story in the seven year old kid who stole his grandma's car. It's understandable because who doesn't wanna do hoodrat stuff with their friends who smoke cigarettes.

As one who has only stepped to the limits of 6 stairs in the handrail department, I've never obtained the proper courage to proceed to the next level. Whatever people say about rail dogs, I still have respect for people who can risk life and nut to get a banger. I recently found this clip on youtube while searching for uci skating cause im always down for people lurking our spots. I was more than impressed at the precise timing and gnarliness of this sychronized rail skating. Also, the kid on the right looks like hes 12 or something.

John demar came down and stayed at my house for the weekend and in two days he got pretty much a parts worth of footy. He's saving 4 really good clips and check the content box for a sick mini part from him from his leftovers. Way to rip John.

The new montage is finally up. It's just pretty much warm ups, but there's some good stuff in there. Hopefully it's something new to bring to the site. Hope you like it.

If you haven't casted your vote for John Demar over at elementskateboards.com you better get on it. I don't have any clips to post right now, but I just finished editing a montage so that will be up by the end of the week. Here's a little montage I saw that I liked. Check it.

If you want to waste some time, play some tetris on www.freetetris.org and when you think you have a high score, multiply it by 4 and maybe your getting close to my high score. It's up there. When Cam, Ryan, and Damien we ended the day at this fire hydrant and Ryan was sticking some mean kickflips over it. We got kicked out, but he'll be back. In the meantime, check the flick on these kickflips.

This weekend was a good one for skating. Damien, Cameron, and Ruoff came down on Saturday and it was a fun day of skating with some irvine people. In a standard display of Damien doing some ridiculous trick, i look over to hear Damien scream, "No fear!" as he starts manualing from the top of a huge hill. I quickly hit record and this is what I captured. I wouldn't even be able to bomb that whole hill, much less do it without slowing down or worrying about the intersection he just cruised through and doing it all in a manual. He never ceases to amaze me. In other Irvine news, go vote for Jon Demar on the the Element site for best flow video. Unfortunately he has to spoil a bunch of bangers for their video, but that just means you get to see what gnarly tricks he's been doing recently

Since I'm on a roll about talking about me, here's another clip. I was pretty excited when I did this, but I realized my heel dragged and I landed like a fool. Some AZ people came down to SD and ripped. I got a copy of Happy Medium and I'll have to say, it's a sick vid. Everyones all over Buster for his amazing filming and it's for a reason. There's a lot of creative stuff, and sometimes it gets a little too crazy, but for the most part, I love seeing a great use of the vx1000. Everyone kills it in the video and it's worth picking one up. If you wanna buy it, go here.

Steven pointed out to me on the youtube friends section page of Bonestorm a certain quote which is: "1:50 was so nice" If you take the time to gander at what trick 1:50 is, you'll see its no other than Rich himself bs grind no comply flipping a ledge to huge gap. TETATIO is down for life in my book. For fellow horchata lovers, I found a place where it's on tap in SD. Talk about victory. Come down and I'll take you to it's riches. Since this post is pretty much about me, here's a terrible clip of me filmed by John Demar. I rip.

John Demar came down this weekend and killed it. He got a lot of sick footy and here's a clip of some warm ups. Don't you wish you could skate that ledge to bank? Anyways, for any SD peeps, here's a montage with a bunch of people from down here. Some good stuff in there. Also, Expect a full new montage in the next couple of weeks.

If I told you this was a part from John Demar, I'm pretty sure 95% of you would believe me. I couldn't believe this doppleganger wasn't him when I first saw it.

I just got the Fallen video and I'm feeling it. Every part is solid with all around great filming and some sick new spots. I'm gonna have to go with Gilbert Crockett having my favorite part. He's got some wild flick on his kickflips. The Chief pulls through again with a legit part as well. Now I go into Alien video hype mode. That's pretty much all I care about from here on out. Here's a couple warm up clips from last weekend.

Chris has been filming a lot and sent over a sick montage of some throwaway clips. I recently got a new vx1000 and been filming a lot. I just need to get a capture cam and then I'll be posting up a lot of stuff so stay tuned.

Moss's intro video came out on Deluxe and it's ripping. Check it here. The other new Real am, Davis Torgerson, has an amazing video part introduction right here. Pretty insane. I filmed some random stuff over the last couple of weeks and with some pretty bad filming to go along with it. Here it is.

Truman has a section on StrangeNotes right here, but personally I think the latest stuff he's gotten in the last couple of months is way gnarlier than this. Hopefully you'll see it soon. Some different people came down this weekend from home and here's some random clips of it. This site's pretty slow and my posts suck so I'm sorry for that. Hopefully something will happen soon.

I've broken a lot of things recently and just this last weekend when I heard some people might be coming down to skate, I got my charger out and broke it. Pretty disappointing. Anywho I have no clips to post so here's a clip of Truman that's from the montage, but just his first try. This spot is pretty rugged and this is a real good trick.

It's been quite some time since a post but I've been gone for a while and I'm pretty bummed I had to miss The Haters premiere because of a family vacation. I've heard good things and I need to get my hands on a copy. I've skated with Eric Fletcher before and both times I was super impressed with just how good he was. For most people, a switch lipslide on an 11 stair rail is good enough, but for Eric, he would just do it for fun whenever he wasn't gonna go for the other trick he was trying. Also, he's not even a rail skater. Check these switch lips for fun.

Skating and hitting cars with John Demar.

I just saw the Transworld video and most people probably could care less, but I'm gonna share my own review. Let's go with Matt Miller first. I have to say I do like him and his skating. He had solid stuff, but nothing that really stuck out as really memorable. Kenny Hoyle has some good steez, but I gotta say, his footage is borderline boring. He does the same tricks a lot and although it looks good, I wanna see something new. Going against what I thought I would say, I'm gonna go out on a limb and say I really enjoyed Richie Jackson's part. Normally I might say he's going over the top with his weird tricks, but some of them are so out there, I don't know how he thinks of them. And skateboarding has no rules and is about creativity right? Onto Trapasso. Definitely a stand out part with his usual laid back style and gnarly tricks. Also, he's got some new things you wouldn't expect and the best song of the video. Speaking of songs, the soundtrack sucked for the video. Onto Gravette. I loved his part. Some of his tricks are just super fun to watch and you can count on some epic grinds and kinkers in there. The friends section was pretty good with my favorite trick going to Austyn Gillete and his ridiculous nose manny. Insane. The curtains go to Malto. I've always been into Malto, but has sort of come to the conclusion that he needs to branch out from his standard tricks. He's got switch flips, bs smiths, nollie tricks, fs crooks, and all the stuff you normally see from him. No doubt he takes it to the biggest stuff I've seen, but I was hoping for something different. Maybe i'm just being to greedy for something that's not possible. Overall the video takes the same approach as the last couple of transworld videos with the occasional film footage and no real theme to the video. Also the addition of Chris Ray as one of the main filmers was a mistake. He is definitely average and nothing special. It's a good watch, but don't expect Sight Unseen or Modus Operandi. Since that was boring, here's Billy landing his last trick a little sketchy which made him redo it, but a switch bs flip down a 10 is no joke.

I don't have anything to say so here's a promo from some Irvine kids I don't know, but I'm down to support the local cause. Also I just youtubed Damien's name since I haven't seen him in a long time and this is what I found. Pretty sick.

The new montage is done and basically it's all SD footy. Since I've been living down here all summer I haven't been able to skate with the Irvine brosephs a lot, but they did come down and get some sick stuff. Hope you enjoy it still.

John Demar stayed at my house over the weekend and got a bunch of mess around footy as well as legit tricks and on Sunday some more peeps came down such as J Choi, Nick, Jordy, and Cameron. Here's a little montage of the mess around footy from the weekend. I also have enough footy for the new montage so that should be up within a week. I tried to film a trick for it myself and realized how much I suck at skating and couldn't even land a weak trick. I guess I'm living the trife life here.

This weekend was good for skating. Figs was down in SD and got a brooklyn banger. Here's a little clip I threw together from warm ups, some sticks, and people messing around. Also, check this clip of John Demar skating at some element park. He's killing it. Notice that patch of fuzz on his chin. Your finally becoming a man John. By the way, did anyone catch Abo's nollie heel nose down the HSP hubba in the friends section of Friends Section? One of the best things I've seen from the Aboman.

Some dudes from Irvine decided to visit me for the day in SD. It was a fun day even though not much went down. Here's some mess around footy from the day.

Sometimes I wish I had enough money where I could just travel the entire world for 14 months and dance in every country I visit. Too bad I don't. Anyways, people should come down to visit the Richman in SD on August 7th for the Fallen premiere cause I haven't seen anyone from Irvine all summer. Check this sweet smith from Moss a long time back. So butters.

Im always into checking local websites and www.shredlove.com is a good one cause you get to see occasional footy of Cameron, Billy, and Jordy. Their friends also rip and I saw this little vid of Nick Garcia and I loved it. Also, I wanna try to put up a new montage in a couple of weeks since footy's been piling up down here. Hopefully I cam make it up to Irvine soon since I just got a job and get some footy from everyone. I found this video of John Demar, Spencer and Joey from a long time ago and was never posted so here it is.

With gas prices on the rise and no job, I've been trying to keep it creative to get some money. Rumor has it you can sell a testicle for upwards of 50,000 dollars. If anyone knows more about this, let me know. In the meantime, skating's been good. SD really has tons of random and famous spots everywhere you go. Here's some warm ups and tries from yesterday. Also, if you haven't already seen this from the zero website, I'd watch it. I don't know what to say abut it really cause it's pretty ridiculous, but I got a good laugh out of it.

Finally my camera's back and I've been going out skating. Too bad it costs like 10 bucks to drive to a spot and with no job right now, it's no good. Anyways, here's a clip of my friend Truman who's really sick. We went to this quarterpipe spot and he got down. This is the warm ups. In the next montage you'll see some bangers.

I've always though Mike V was kinda lame because of his stupid video parts pushing down the street and whatnot and his lame bands and then I see a thing like this, and then I like him. I mean who wouldn't want to free The Muska. Anyways, here's a clip of TP from a while back at Saddleback. Good day where lots of people got tricks. Now that I think about it, I might have posted this already, but whatever.

As long with Moss's part from the deluxe
catalog, if you didn't see the other 2 parts from their flow riders, your bummin. Both Davis Torgerson and Robbie Brockel rip. Deluxe really has got it together with their riders. In news with my camera which not many
people probably care about, it will finally be here this next week for 100%. About time. I found this clip I filmed of Damien with Chris's camera and despite the terrible filming the trick is crazy. Even though Damien did the whole thing, coming from that angle is pretty insane at that spot. RIP Echo Run.

I'm really having some boring post here and have no clips to post and I blame it on the lack of my camera, which hopefully will be ready to go by this week sometime. I just saw Thanks Camera 3 for the first time the whole way through and it's pretty crazy how there are so many unknown kids who are really good. Some of the names in that video are known, but over half I doubt you have heard of. I really like this guys part in particular. His name's Tom Kruper and he's just got a good style with no lame oversteezing and I just was really feeling it. Check it out.

I'm down in SD for the summer waiting for my eyepiece on my cam still. Pretty bummed on it. You've most likely seen this, but if you haven't
Torey Pudwill's new part in Dudes Dudes Dudes is pretty ridiculous. I've always been into his skating the fact that he looks like a duck makes me like him more. I don't have any clips to post since my cam is still gone but I found this sequence of Moss that will never get used on the now extinct ledge across gap. You never saw the footy because he landed it while I was climbing on a roof for another angle. Nice Rich.

I got my camera back and of course the eyepiece on the viewfinder isn't with it. Pretty excellent. So now I have to wait another week to get that before I can start filming. After this week, though, I am done with school for the summer. From the looks of it, Billy's been shredding it up recently. Hopefully over the summer we'll see some more Billy footy on this site. Also, I didn't film this clip, but it's John trying a bs 180 nosegrind revert but accidently landing another trick. His face looks funny too at the end. And in final news, I think this is my favorite Mag Minute over at the www.theskateboardmag.com. This guy rips.

I saw the new Deathwish promo and i'm digging it. It's the classic baker style video with tons of their normal hijynx and some gnarly skating. Everyone's part had some standout out tricks and it's definitely fun to watch. As for Antuan, all I can say is fakie double flips down 10's. So sick. Anywho, I'm getting my camera back tomorrow and hopefully I can start filming some stuff again. Check Demar's photo on Anthony Acosta's blog. Ya John.

This pop shuv Brion did on this hefty six block was one of the first tricks he got for Bonestorm, and as usual with him, he ended up doing it multiple times. When most people would be satisfied with just rolling away form some of the gnarly tricks he's done, Brion would always want to land it better. Off the top of my head while filming for Second Nature, I can think of how he fakie 3 flipped pool 3 three times, half cab boarded andersons 8 times, bs overcrooked saddleback 3 times, switsh bs 180ed Mira Costa four times, bs 180 the 13 two times, and last but not least, he bs tailed saddleback 11 times. Pretty crazy.

I saw this local video from Utah a while back and its a really good. I wondered why no one had really heard of Sammy Hubble, the kid with last part, because of how good he was, but I soon find out he's on flow from Chocolate. I'm glad that companies like that always pick up the real rippers. Here's his part from it. His last 10 tricks or so are pretty insane. Here's a clip I filmed of Lewis Marnell that was in the Nike vid. Check out that pop. I only got to film him cause of Seansy, so once again, don't think I film legit people.

For reasons unknown, I though it would be a good idea to check out the Spring Break Yourself Contest since it's only like 10 min away from me at school. Pretty much the worst idea ever. I found myself in a sea of kooks drinking monster energy drinks all claiming they knew some fool in the contest. I also thought they were doing the Rincon Replica again so I was hoping to see kids get broke off, but no dice. All in all, it was a terrible event. The only people I enjoyed watching was Shuriken Shannon, Figs, Tyler Surrey, Jimmy Carlin and Vince Del Valle. Brandon Turner did kill it, but he was skating around looking like a fool in some dumb shades. In other news, Sheckler wonders why people hate him and then continues to make ridiculous moves like starring in acne commercials. I guess it'll help him find the chill girl, but that's not gonna help your street cred.

Moss's new 411 part should be coming out in the next month or 2 and he just got a sick Spitfire ad sliding a fatty bs lip. Check it out. After seeing that Alien trailer, I realized how sick Grant Taylor and how excited I am for the video. I also stumbled across a good interview with Greg Hunt regarding the video. He's really into making this vid a full production with tons of bonus videos and a full booklet to go with it. Hopefully people will actually be motivated to watch a quality vid on dvd rather than a little youtube box.

John Demars back on his board after a long injury and here's a clip of him ripping at an element demo. You should probably stop after he's done because the filming will make you sick. Good job element picking your staff filmers. If you haven't heard, Pappalardo and Alex Olson are off Lakai. Rumor has it Pops is on converse, but i don't know about Olson. My camera should be coming back this week and hopefully I can start filming some stuff again. All I got right now is some AZ leftovers.

Steven seems like he's always down to skate whatever and on this day in particular, it didn't matter that i slammed on a crack and broke the mic off my vx and the sound didn't work. I probably explained that I could map the sound over it and it would work or something like that. This would be a tough trick to do that on, but nevertheless, Steven tried it and got close a bunch of times, but also slammed as you can see in this clip. You should be excited for new Steven footy cause he's been ripping recently.

Krooked really knows how to pick their riders. Brad Cromer is definitely one of my favorite up and comers right now. I know this part has been the hot talk of the town for a while, but it's too good. Here's a little glitchy clip of John falling on the bogus curved ledge. I dunno why I think it's so funny, But JC makes a good hunchback face when he gets up.

The AZ trip is up. All of the good tricks gotten were saved so it's just like warm up stuff and mess around, but there's some good tricks in it. There's also a couple of clips I couldn't put in cause Chris can't import stuff cause of his computer, so maybe one day down the road you'll see em. As for the fatty gap I claimed I could've indy'ed, we didn't even end up going there so I couldn't prove my excellence. But I could've done it. For sure.

The AZ vid will be up as soon as Chris sends me some clips, but he disappeared and left me high and dry. There's been plenty of times as a filmer I've messed up on a trick, but this one bummed me out pretty bad. Also, I would say it wasn't fully because as Moss was getting closer and closer to this fs board shuvs, a stupid bee flew into my head right as he popped and made me jolt the camera. Of course he rode away bolts. Luckily enough, he was down to do it again, and 5 minutes or less later, he was riding away again clean.

Just got back from AZ and it was a lot of fun. Staying at Jaws' house was awesome. I'll have an AZ mini vid up in a day or 2. In the meantime, here's a trick of John from a couple years back that never got used for anything.

My spring break is next week and pretty much corresponds with no one else's. Nevertheless, I'll be back in Irvine, but not before a 4 day stop in AZ with with Chris and amigos. We'll be staying at the home of Jaws and if there's a possibility we can skate this park shown in this clip with him. I'm claiming I could indy this gap. That's right. You'll have to wait for an AZ mini vid to see if I can do it. Anyways, Jaws rips at tranny and everything and hopefully we'll get to go to some fun new spots. Here's Abo skating one of my favorite spots. You can tell from Nick's commentary it wasn't good enough for the Bonestorm, so sure enough Abo went back and landed it buttery for all of you who have witnessed the Storm.

The people I remember always getting broke off the hardest who'd get back up and keep trying their trick was Brion and Billy. I remember multiple occasions where they left bloody piles. This night was no exception. This was on my old camera and a couple of years ago. Billy stuck this front feeble on this 13 tons of times, but couldn't ride away. Almost Billy. At least he crooked it like 3rd try.

I've always loved watching local skate vids and I just recently saw Strive, a video based out of Chicago, by a filmer named Chase Gabor. He just moved out here and he came down with some people and skated with us in SD. I'm not one to usually go nuts over a filmer, but let me tell you, I think he is one of the best filmers I have ever seen. It's not just how he films, but the overall picture he has on how he's going to edit and how everything flows. For any vx1000 user, you should really see this vid. The colors he sets are amazing. You can check the promo out here and you can buy it here.In an example of how not to film, here's 2 almost lines from SF where one is over exposed and the other is under exposed. Good job Rich

I just put up the throwaway footy in a little montage from this past weekend up in the content. A lot of it's just mess around clips so it's nothing too serious, but there's some sick stuff like Sean's after black bangers. I got my lens hit twice in the process, both of which were my fault. You can scopes my weak beard in those clips. One day I'll hit Sean status.

I think this Real flow montage might be somewhere in the deluxe catalog, but wherever it came from, it's really good. Their flow team rips and Moss ends the montage with some solid stuff from Bonestorm. Check it here. I don't have any clips, but this weekend some people came down and we got enough throwaway footy for a montage, so I'll make one in the next couple of days. I know everyone already mentioned it many times, but the new lineup for the Transworld video is awesome. Looking forward to that one and it will be interesting to see a new filmer helping make it with that being Chris Ray.

One of my favorite things about the vx1000 is how close you can get with the death. Sometimes you just gotta get up in there with that fisheye like this pole jam I filmed of Jon Dickson warming up. I liked how it looked. Watch out though, sometimes getting up in the mix can be costly .

watching the Girl Open House video and after a quick double take, I realized Damien and Billy were in it. Damien was busting out his usual craziness and the whole place was going nuts when he does a heelflip feeble 360 on the whole flat bar. Good job Damien. Billy's fs shuv crooks was money too. Check it here. Some people came down again this weekend and nothing really happened. Cops kicked us out of a spot and tons of people at other spots kinda bummed everyone out. Here's some warm ups from the day.

TP's video is coming along and he just made the official promo for it. Check it out here. They made the switch to the vx2100 so the footy's looking better. Also, they have a new person who's gonna have a part, Garrett Mojica, and judging from this promo, I'm a fan. The newsong trick was super sick. If you ever read the book Where the Wild Things Are as a kid, then you'll be glad to know they're making it into a movie directed by Spike Jones. Here's some newson it, and more specifically, check this picture. Looks rad to me.

I got to skate for the first time in a couple of weeks yesterday and here's the warm up clips from the day. People should come down to SD more so I can skate, alright? Here's some sick enjoi tour clip I found. Caswell rips.

I don't know where this Van Wastell part came from, but it's really good. Also, this kickflip might be in my top 3 kickflips ever. This last weekend was Tampa Am, and Chris got 7th, which is pretty crazy with how many ams there are out there. Good job. I don't really have new clips to post, but I was going through some old clips and this back overcrook by Jon Dickson, which was in the Birdhouse vid, is pretty crazy if you've ever skated that janky rail, but he also did it 4 times and 3 of them were back to back. Some kids just got it. Last thing, check John Demar's sick footy at the element site. Coming up.

www.awsfilmworks.com has finally been getting some much needed updates so check those out while you wait for the next excellent vid to come out. Here's a full length video online to only music from Hall and Oats. Pretty weird concept, but it's super sick with a lot of good filming. Also, here John Demar warms up at Nick P's new UCI spot and last but not least, I think this is by far my favorite youtube clip of the moment.

If you haven't seen this, you should check it. It's pretty funny and probably took tons of time. Also, here's some leftover footy from the urban vid with some double angles and whatnot. How savage was john's tree wallie?

A long time ago, we were skating in Laguna and we noticed some cool spots on the side of the road, and John Demar got a line. Later we tossed around the idea of filming a part of just spots in the hills of Laguna only skating spots like banks, and anything on the streets. No stairs or rails or anything like that. Over this break, if there wasn't any places to go on the weekdays, we would just search around Laguna, or Newport or wherever for some new spots. By the end of filming, a bunch of different people got some stuff for it. It started out kinda as a joke trying to make a poorman's San Fran video, but by the end, I think it turned out pretty sick. Check it out for yourself in the content box.

Patrick Melcher has always been out there with his weird tricks and some wild get ups, but I always liked him for the most part. Here's his latest part from Death skateboards. His last trick is no joke. Also, because I have I'm down for people who share my affinity for double flips, I have to show this guy sticking it on Lincoln 13. Maybe next time buddy. And last but not least, here's a clip of Johnny dropping in off TP's truck on a very productive day.

I was kinda bummed when we ended up at side of the building gap on a Saturday, but after Steven busted out this sick fakie flip, I was happy. Probably one of my favorite fakie flips ever. Also, check this interview of Sheckler. I think talking about your upcoming part being amazing and saying you have a style for fs feebles that no one else has in skateboarding is gonna make people like you more.

There's been a lot of stuff gotten over break so far and there were 2 days in particular where pretty much everyone got a trick. Pretty sick. After roaming around on Christmas eve, we tried to skate the Taco Bell banks, but after Steven did this ollie first try, we got the boot. If you remember the guy Richie Jackson who pole jam japan grabbed a 12 stair, he has a new part out and he has some pretty funky/epic tricks in it like his last part. Check it.

I was wrong about the whole Bill Strobeck thing. His name is in the credits as Fat Bill. Shows you how much I know. Bottomline, the clip is sick. Here John Choi busts a sweet trick on accident. Way to go Choi.

So far since I've been back, we've pretty much have been getting kicked out of spots left and right, but there's also been some good footy gotten. Here's a clip of Johnny messing around minutes before getting the boot. Also, check this awesome clip of mainly Pappalardo, but some of the other Lakai dudes shredding. It's Bill Strobeck's page and since Moss showed me this clip, I've been confused on if there's beef between Ty and Strobeck cause I don't know why some of this stuff wouldn't have been used. It's super good stuff and it's filmed well. Also, I know Strobeck filmed at least a little of Pops in the vid and yet he got no filming creds so it makes me wonder. Whatever, I have no frame of reference in the situation, it's just interesting.

This line was in Sunshine's video, but instead of a kickflip bs tail, Moss did a kickflip bs lip, which is way more savage. Almost as savage as Akon throwing children off stages.

I'll be back in good ol' Irvine for three weeks starting this Friday so I'm looking forward to finally get to skate and film again. I'm not gonna say anything about Fully Flared cause all I would say has already been said. A funny side note that Nick mentioned to me a while back is how Scott Johnston really hasn't had a full part, excpet one, and is considered to be one of the best by everyone, including myself. All he does is put out like 7-8 really solid tricks in videos like in Modus Operandi, Yeah Right, and Now Fully Flared. He is defenitely on the top of the list for one of my favorite skaters and it goes to show it's about quality over quanity. It also doesn't hurt to be on the most legit companies in the business. Anywho, TP sent me a montage of some random footy so check it. Look how money John Choi's fakie back heels are. Also, I found this Cameron clip lurking around. Don't skate that thing. It's trickier than it looks.

For The Big Lebowski fans out there, here's a 2 little videos that made me laugh. There's 2 words used more than any other in this prized piece of a film. Can ya guess? Clip 1, Clip 2

I just saw the Osiris video and I have to say I really liked it. There was barely any hype for this video and it really passed my expectations. Also, there were some parts from people you haven't seen full parts from like Marius who kills it. Shurikens part was really good along with Jimmy Carlin who put out another standout part right after his Mystery part. Whether you like Duffel or not, you can't deny every video he puts out only stand out footage. This part is no different with his last 20 tricks nothing short of amazing. Also, this video showed how good filming can make a video so much more enjoyable. The filmer Russel really
knows how to set his colors and the vx1000 looks better than ever. I highly reccomend going out and buying the new Thrasher that comes with this free DVD. When I was filming Spencer's last trick for Thanks for Nothing, he stuck his switch ollie first try with no hesitation and ended up landing it like 3rd try. He put his hand down the first time, so decided to do it again. Here's the 2nd one he did. He ended up using the first one, which I like a lot better. Every try was super boosty. Good job Spencer. Not many people with switch ollie a 13 and wanna try it again.

Well, the new montage is up. There's some leftover from Bonestorm, and there's a lack of footy from some people that I wish were in it, but oh well. It's been hard with Nick being in Colorado and me being home for a couple days every month or two. I still like it. I saw this clip of this guy, and it just looks like a good way to celebrate landing a trick. I wish every spot had this obstacle after the landing.

I'm going to try to post up a new montage in the next week or so since there's been such little content recently and hopefully over Christmas break, I can make some mini vids or get a good start on another montage. On sunday we spent the day in Norwalk at some fun spots. I even came through with some mess around clips. Check out this little clip. Also, I'm always on the lookout for talent in the youtube world and this girl is just bursting with potential.

If any of you watched the wild ride episode where they had that young flow kid Peter Hackett, then you saw a little of his footy, but here's a full part I found from him and I really like it. For a kid his age, he has a huge selection of tricks, and look at that ender. So sick. I'm also defenitely down for his blue shorts and jerseys that he wears sometimes. Over the last couple of days people have gotten some tricks, but here's just some warm ups of mainly John with a clip of Johnny. Gotta love 4th ledge footy.

John Demars been killing it since his recent video part in Thanks for Nothing dropping bangers left and right, but he's been put on hold for a bit cause he broke his wrist. Hope to see you skating again soon. I found this clip of Brion from a long time ago nearly breaking his ribs on a curb and then getting a lens cap box thrown at him by moss. Speaking of Brion, I haven't seem him in a good while. Hopefully you'll be back for Christmas break so the site can see more footy from him. In final news, I think my favorite song at the moment is Real Talk by R Kelly. I think you'll agree with me after this.

The site seems pretty slow these days. I wish it was exciting as Japanese game shows.

There always seems to be new footy of this guy Rhett Freeman popping up all over the place either out here in California or in Atlanta where he's from. Either way, i've always liked his skating. Sometimes it looks all sketchy and I like it. Here's a little part from him of throwaway footy from a new part he just had. If this is the leftovers, I'd defenitely like to see his actual part. Also, I got another clip of Billy. This line was in his part, but this is just another one he landed before he redid the actual clip used in Bonestorm.

I don't have much to say, but I'll be home soon for a week and hopefully I can get some stuff to post up here. Nick's claiming he wants to drop a banger so I'm looking forward to that. If you're bored, here's 2 websites to check out. This first one is just random pictures that are fun to look at. d the second one is the photographer Oliver Barton's website. I've always liked all of his photos and his website shows some of his best. Also, here's one of the first tricks Billy filmed for Bonestorm. It was when I had my old camera still and some pretty bad filming.

Rowley seems to only be getting better as the years go on. Check some new footy from him in this independent commercial. If you haven't seen the new Habitat video, then I suggest you buy it when it comes out. Talk about a quality vid. Defenitely stands out above every other vid thats come out this year. I don't have many clips to post up right now, but here's leftover tricks Chris didn't use in his Thanks for Nothing part that I filmed. Some are a couple years old. Notice the phases he went through starting with his blond flowing locks, to long black hair to now having a skunk hardcoreish black looking weave with spurts of his blond hair trying to show it's face. I think you should just shave it bald.

I've always liked a lot of the skaters and filmers coming out of Arizona. Here's a short little video someone made with some fun skating to watch. John Demar's also got switch tre bombs, but Rich's camera isn't doing too hot these days. Sorry John.

Since the sites been down for a while, I thought I'd post up something in the content box. When I came home for the Birdhouse premiere we went to this random park in Chino and it was awesome. No one was there and we skated it for like 4 hours. People were killing it, so I decided I could easily get enough footy for a mini vid, and there you go. As for the Birdhouse premiere take a look at this picture. Look at that dork right in the middle. Talk about looking out of place.

I don't really have much to say that'll keep you satisfied over the next two weeks, but I think the next zine montage will be sick so stay posted for that. I'm coming home this weekend to go to the Birdhouse premiere and after I'm staying in a hotel in Hollywood under Tony Hawk's name. That's right, the Birdman himself. Once again, I didn't really do anything to get myself in this position and the Birdman doesn't even know who I am. Anyway, here's Cameron getting bucked and getting right back up.

Every couple of years there's a time when there's tons of videos premiering around the same time and that's what happening right now. We have Static 3 and Birdhouse premiering both on October. 12th, Habitat video is supposed to be out in stores on Halloween, the Osiris video is premiering Novemeber 2nd, which came out of nowhere except for a small trailer they just had, and then the mother of all mothers, the Lakai video premiering on Nov. 16th. The Nike video also just premiered this last week and in a couple of months the Fallen video, and a new Baker promo video is supposed to be coming. That's all for my little news bulletin. When in SF Joh Demar was trying this line and tried it over 100 times and that's not a joke and out of all those tries, he messed up on the tailslide twice. I was pretty impressed, but more impressed with how ridiculous this line is, which counts but he ran into that block sticking out, which you can see in the clip.

Filmers in the skate industry pretty much get there because of who they know rather than what they know. Obviously there's some exceptions, but for many cases in huge videos such as Element there's so much crap filming it makes me mad sometimes. Take for example that over 75% of the fisheye shots have steadyshot on. Anywho, getting to my point, I actually made money for the first time filming recently and keeping with my rule, it had nothing to do with how well I film, but strictly based on who I knew and that there happened to be a photographer there that was going to shoot so and so and they needed a filmer. Bottomline, I felt like a little child on Christmas morn getting 2 checks in the mail from skate companies with my name on it for simply being in the right place at the right time. Both tricks that got used in videos I didn't even film good. It was average at best, but whatever, it happened. The money I got will never come close to covering the amount of money I've spent on cameras, lenses, mini dv tapes, batteries, and all sorts of stuff, but it was still cool to get paid for doing something that you love. I'll always keep filming for fun and if a chance comes around again where I might get paid, then great, but if not then it's still tons of fun filming stupid mini videos for this site and going to local video premieres, and all that good stuff that skateboarding brings about. Alright, I'm done now. Pretty deep post. Now here's the 2 tricks I got paid for.

John Demar did this line in his Thanks for Nothing part but with a better fs nose. This one he kept cruzin and did a buttery tre flip so I thought you people should check it. This day I was super heated cause all we kept doing was going to these crazy spots in laguna on main streets where people were opening garages into you, standing in front of the ledges, crazy tweakers were hollering at you, and cops kicking you out. We were finally leaving the forsaken town of Laguna when John and Chris and John saw this ledge and insisted we pull over and skate it. I almost lost it, but John and Shaun Stulz ended up getting lines so it was worth it. Also, check this kid out who is fully blind and skates. I'm pretty sure he's better at skating tranny than me. Keep on shredding Tommy Carrol.

Every since I can remember, I have always really liked Mark Appleyard. If I remember correctly, there was a time when people were hating on him or something, but I still always thought he killed it. I think in the last 2 years, he's had more magazine coverage than any other pro I've seen. He also rips at tranny. I saw this clip and it made me like him even more. Keep in mind that's a full on legit bowl with vert. Alright, enough on him. I heard Figs ripped a bunch of ligaments in his ankle on the Emerica trip. Talk about a bust. Hope it heals up soon Figs. Here's another angle I found of Abo's janky switch ollie on 12 from a long time ago.

I came home this weekend for the Thanks For Nothing Premiere and it was sick. I'm always down for the local vids so good job Chris. There's free copies so try to get your hands on one. Since it rained on Saturday we got to skate the Liberty mim ramp and filmed a random clips with even a guest appearance from yours truly. I was hoping to make a full mini vid out of the day, but Danny Garcia, Raymond Molinar, and Guru Khalsa rolled up so I wasn't about to be trying rock and rolls with these heavy hitters around. Oh well. At least Dgar and myself were wearing the same shirt. It made me feel good about myself.

John Demar did this playground line and even though its super glitchy, he insisted that I put it up. So here you go John.

Mini Montage of Randomness. This is a little clip I put together of some weak, tricks, warm up tricks, people getting robbed, some slams, and just some random clips I had lying around that I wasn't going to use for anything. Check it out. Billy gets heated.

Figs and some other guys came down the weekend of ASR and he wanted to get one more trick for his Birdhouse part. Here's him warming up with a first try board break then a second try land. He ended up breaking 2 fresh boards, but set up a third, and got his trick. You'll see it in a month when the Birdhouse video drops. Speaking of drops, Birdhouse dropped Ragdoll, which is maybe one the best moves they've done. Also, Lenny Rivas just turned pro. What's the deal. I'm gonna go out on a limb and say there's a bunch more ams that deserve to be pro rather than him. But, whatever, holla atcha boi. Two sick clips to check out: First is a hilarious Bobby Worrest video, and then some rippin Dennis Busentiz footy.

The new montage is up so check it out. I also just saw the new Transworld video and whether you want to hear my opinion or not, you're gonna. First off, I heard it was weak in comparison to other transworlds and in comparison to some epic ones like Sight Unseen or Modus, then it might not compare, but still, I really liked it. The editing was a little too similar to a Time to Shine and having the skaters talk about what skating means to them gets a little repetetive, but as for the skating, I was impressed. Brian Brown's part is one of my favorite parts I've seen in a while. He skates some really cool new spots fast and lands everything clean with style. Next is Clint Peterson and I love this part too. He has some classic Clint tricks like his money back 3's and some new tricks that will leave you impressed. The montage in it is solid and ends with Marius doing an insane trick with a full arm cast and some crazy Don Ngyuen footy with one of my favorite varial heels and kickflips I've seen in a long time. Smolik's part was the only part I wasn't really feeling cause of the lame rap song reppin SD talking about "SD, a great place to visit, but a dope place to live". He did have some sick tricks and he is Smolik, so i still like him. Devine Calloway has second to last part and it is rad. He has a really good song with an all around part. It has a really good feel to it. Emmanual Guzman ends the video and although I think Devine could've had the curtains, he skates some crazy tranny spots and kills some street as well. His last trick seems like the steepest pool I've ever seen. So overall, I liked the video and you should check it. Here's a clip of Jordy pretty much doing a really good trick, but his wheels slip out of the grind for a second. Almost buddy.

Next post I'll put up the new montage. In the meantime check out the new VA fleezers montage with none other than Pat Burke. Every trick he does looks like a one man party. Watch it and you'll know what I mean. Also, I like finding parts on youtube from people who aren't too big, but rip. Here's too part from Rob Straser and Johan Stuckey. I like em. Also, Brian Fick, the photographer has a website with a lot of good photos so check
that out too at www.fickoff.com.

I finished a montage of some throwaway clips from Bonestorm, but I'm going to wait a little bit since there's been a lot of new content up on the site. Here's a video from Chris and Figs and amigos when they went to Amsterdam. Also, if you haven't checked out the EurOK tour video from Girl, your bummed.

The Blueprint Big Push videos have always been something I look forward to and here's the trailer for the one this year. Looks like nother keeper. If you've never check www.eightequalsd.com, then you should. It's a site made by Mikemo and his brother and theres some funny stuff on there including a post up of the new enjoi ad which is maybe one of the best ads ever put out. I think Sheckler thinks it's pretty good too. Here's some clips at a ditch spot where John Choi gets gnarly.

I know this video was on crailtap, but it fascinates me and boggles me at the same timeIf anyone can tell me what's going on in this video, I'd really like to know. The guy looks like he's willing to battle people in a danceoff to the death. In the meantime between some more throwaway montages, I'll just keep posting up some single tricks. Here's Brion warming up at the foundation spot.

I made a montage of a lot of tricks that people either got close to or got broke on for Bonestorm. I've already posted up some of the clips that are in it, but whatever. Just some content to keep new stuff coming into the site. One of Chris's friend from Minnesota, Pat, came down a couple weeks ago and he was a super cool guy. He did this line obviously messing around, but I liked the boneless a lot. You can check out a really good part from him actually trying hard right here.

I know the song's been used in the new video of Steven, but I don't care. I made it a long time ago showing how wrecked Steven usually gets trying a trick. It's got some pretty funny slams too and if you were at Bonestorm premiere, you know he went back and landed it. Anywho, I just finished a montage of tricks people got really close to for Bonestorm or couldn't land that I'll post up in a week or so just to keep some new content coming. Here's a small little promo for Chris's video, Thanks For Nothing, talking about the premiere date and location and all that. Check it out.

Sorry for the lack of updates, but it's hard with Nick moving to Colorado and everyone leaving, it's been tough. Nick and I are gonna try to put togethers some sort of montage with leftover footy and double angles and also another leftover part of Moss. I'll leave you with two clips for now. The first is a clip of Moss skating his zip zinger and the other is John Demar with some bs tail variations. For a sick video, go check out the new episode of United by Fate from globe at http://www.unitedbyfate.tv/. Whether you like Chris Haslam or not, you can't deny his skating's insane. Also, the montage is really good with some new Jake Duncombe footy and a tre bomb beninhana from Appleyard that will leave you more than impressed. He's too good.

To show you how good Billy is, he nollie flipped this 10 and while filming, I hit my head on the rail and messed up the clip. I told Billbo and he said he'd just do it again and back to back, he landed another one perfect. No prob.

As stressful as it seemed for Nick to organize everything, and having the premiere almost shut down numerous times, there's no better way for a premiere to happen then utter chaos. Everyone pulled through with some really good stuff and it wil be a vid that goes down in Irvine history. Like Nick said, I don't really know what's next for the site. We'll see. For now I have tons of random leftover clips that I'll be posting for a long time so hopefully that will be something to watch. This ollie Steven did for warmup is really good. Too bad he got a really bad hot pocket trying kickflip and had to stop skating. Have you ever wondered how sturdy those bubbly windows are that are on the roof of buildings? Well, this kid found out.

Bonestorm is today. From the edited parts I've seen, you should be pumped. In some bad news, I went filming with Billy and Cam on the last day of filming and Billy got a sick trick, but after too many people scoping the footy, the trick got jacked. This is all that's left of it. Sorry Billy.

Over at www.slapmagazine.com, they are having the one in a million contest again and most of the entries are already up. I think last year had some better people, but theres still some good ones. After getting the usual 2 minutes at the brick quarterpipes that John bean planted in the new montage, he tried to fingerflip out of it as we were leaving. John Choi's sick.

I was gone in Portland for a couple of days on a family vacation type thing and now I'm back and ready to film some people trying to go broke for Bonestorm. I heard from Skatin Steve that you can see me on the roof in the background of Devine Calloways bs lip revert in the new the skateboard mag. Pumped on it. I have a bunch of random clips to post up in the next couple of days so check back and here's 2 leftover tricks from SF. I've never landed a feeble pop out on a ledge so I was pretty happy and even more stoked on Camerons filming. Check it. Also, I've always like JT Aultz and his new part in the Vox video made me like him even more. It's got some ridiculous tricks and until you've been to the spot, you'll never know how crazy his last trick is. Check it out.

The SF vid is up. A little heads up, there's a lot of janky filming, and I think I've heard the song used on the internet somewhere, but I dont really care cause I've wanted to use it for a long time. While skating San Jose, we stopped by Sunnyvale park and saw pretty much the whole enjoi team. I was fanning out pretty hard every time Jerry Hsu skated past me. Alright, hopefully you like the sf vid.

I'm back from SF and it was a lot of fun. Good to skate some new spots. We got a lot of random footy and some tricks for Bonestorm so expect a mini vid in the next day or 2. Big thanks to Grady and Aidan for letting us stay at their place. There's been a lack of Sean footy on this site so here's a clip of him that I didn't film from a while back. Check it.

Mid week summer skating is a drag. We went to three spots today and got kicked out within 15 minutes and it was spots where people were getting close to tricks. What a bust. Anyways, I'm always down for other local videos and here's a promo for one. I don't really know these guys too well, but I think Sean and Moss do. They seem like cool guys and they are defenitely good. It's cool to see some local spots in this longer promo. I'm gonna be gone in SF for four days so hopefully I'll come back with a mini vid to post up and maybe some tricks for the vid.

Tricks are slowly coming in for Bonestorm as the deadline gets closer.Next weekend we're going on a SF trip so hopefully a lot of stuff will go down there. Check out this perfect quarterpipe.

This Saturday we started out trying to get real tricks and it turned into more of a mess around sesh. We ended up getting enough dumb stuff to put make a little vid that you see up in the content box. A little note is that when you see an angle where someones filming the sky or a fence and then quickly going to the skater, that's Moss thinking he's artsy or something and everytime he thinks it looks awesome. Judge for yourself. It's pretty obvious what it really looks like. Anywho, the day was a lot of fun and I'm gonna go ahead and say my slappy is the best trick in the whole video. Check it out.

I haven't filmed too much recently cause work consumes my life, so here's some footy of Aidan Measroch, Irvine local, that I didn't film. Just some recent throw away clips. Irvine's too crowded these days. Good post. Yup.

The new montage up is sort of a mix of clips I've filmed starting froma long time ago that either weren't good enough for a zine montage or had bad filming or just were random clips so ya. At least it's some new content. I think also there's a new montage coming from Nick some where in the near future. Also, check out the new Static 3 trailer. Looks like it's going to be another keeper.

I've posted many youtube findings on The Toro and I found another. The kind of bails where the person just stops when they land always disturbs me. Anyways, check this young lad trying to ollie over the rail and into the spotlight for 3 seconds. His face looked so confident when he's checking it out. Anyways, here's Steven trying his luck at an Irvine milestone. One of these days, Steven's gonna drop a fatty tre flip. I can feel it.

Haven't posted for a while but I have a big clip coming in a week or so. I have tons of clips that are just warm up tricks and not really zine worthy so I'm gonna throw them in a throw away throw away montage.Check it coming soon. Today we went to SD and it was productive. People are trying to get some bangers for Bstorm and I'm pumped. Here's some poorly filmed ollies from today and a John Choi clip. Also, I saw Moss pick his nose and wipe it on his sock today. Wierd. Anyways, I think I posted this link before, but I don't want to review all my oldposts. Check the kids legs on his p shuvs down the skatepark set. It boggles mymind. Anywho, also theres a new company with John Allie, Anthony Schultz,Conhuir Lhyn, Matt Mumford, Jon Goeman, and the one and only Pat Burke. They have a sick clip on their site too. Click on at the bottom for the clip.

Working is a bust. I don't know what to do about it. Word on the street is Bobier had first part in the Mystery vid and Dan Murphy last. That's some good news. Anyways, Sun Diego recently has added some heavy hitters to their team such as AVE and Drehobl. Check some tricks from their whole team in this clip. Also, I filmed a trick of Billy's friend a long time ago and I don't really know what to do with it so here it is. This spot is defenitely harder than it looks.

Finally some videos are premiering these days. This Friday Mysterey video premieres and I'm glad they haven't been hyping their vid up for so long like so many other videos and they're just putting it out there. Well done Mysterey. In Bonestorm news, like Nick said, I've been super impressed with Johnny's tricks recently and also Stevens. Here's a clip of Steven warming up at a rail. Also, I put in 2 clips of Brion breaking 2 new boards in the same day. The moral of the story is don't buy ebay blank boards in bulk cause they suck.

I'm defenitely pumped to see some legit Irvine locals like Figs coming up. Good job on that cover figs. Speaking of Figs, check out this clip he sent me. Pretty hilarious situation when you take it all in and see who's filming him. Yesterday, we went to Olive Park and here's a bunch of random clips thrown together in no order or anything, but just warm ups and stuff like that. Get used to seeing a bunch of dumb stuff like this through the summer.

I'm back in the states and a lot has happened. Bonestorm seems to be in full throttle mode so theres going to be lots of filming going down so expect a lot of random post clips. I don't have anything new so this is a clip of Johnny Damon almost getting a sick trick a while back. go back and bust it.

Sorry for the lack of posts. I came back to Irvine for Saturday and it was pretty productive. Everyone seemed to get something. Today, Billy, Jordy, and friends came down to SD. We got some mess around footage and even ran into some Irvine heads. The day ended with me, and only me getting a ticket for filming Jordy. He let Jordy off for being a minor or something retarded. He even pulled the"you know, I used to skateboard" card. Please, how many times have I heard that one. I put together some clips that I filmed for fun in the last 2 days. Pretty much just warm ups and people riding about. Check it.

If you haven't been checking the habitat field log, you're missing out. Take a look at bam's new crazy skatepark at the fat roll in you have to drop in on just to hit the step up: www.habitatfieldlog.com. Back in the days when Barker was in the mountains every weekend, me and John Choi used to skate together. Just the two of us. Talk about a bonding experience. Check this sweet clip of him from about 2 years ago. Notice that after he lands his trick, since no one else is around, I am the only one he has to look at for approval. I defenitely approve of your manuever JC.
